Tennis Club Solaro, campi da tennis a Sanremo
Solaro Sporting is the venue of the Sports Organisation by the name of Tennis Club Solaro, regularly affiliated to the Italian Tennis Federation, which carries out its sports activities by participating to various championships and organising tennis events of a high level.
In the sports complex one can find qualified coaches who organise the tennis school courses for children and for adults, as well as follow technically the players and teams representing the club.
Under the direction of the Manager and Coach ANDREA ICARDI classes are held for:
- MINI-TENNIS AND BEGINNERS CLASS for children from 5 to 18 years: Introduction to tennis and improvement of coordinative abilities, learning of basic technical moves, improvement and perfecting of hits from any part of the court.
- PRE COMPETITIVE TRAINING CLASS advanced training for children who would like to reach a higher level of game play compared to the techniques learnt in the training school. During lesson hours the technical, tactical and psychological aspects which will help them face competitions with the required preparation are tackled.
- COMPETITIVE TRAINING is for those players who have obtained prestigious results at a regional or national level.
Every lesson is an hour long and groups are organised according to playing level in groups of three to four maximum.
Solaro Sporting also hosts the International Bob Brett Tennis Development School, where young and promising talents from all over the world train every day. Managed by the world famous coach, Bob Brett, it supports technically the players; its targeted orientation gives the young players awareness on the athletes' life, optimising their natural potentials to help them achieve excellent results.
